Tourists are the new yellow fever

Today we went to San Telmo, which is the oldest barrio in Buenos Aires. Once for the elite, it was vacated after the yellow fever struck in the 1870s.

Now it's been vacated by the locals for the three T's: Tango, Tourists, and anTiques.
