Last night we did a late night parilla dinner. Nothing better than a gigantic steak and a bottle of red at 11 pm...unless it comes with a spanish tortilla like Mom used to make..
I do have to admit that my Mexican border town spanish is essentially USELESS here, so i do pretty consistently end up with something weird. But last night was amazing, from the slab of steak to the chimichurri.
