Cages?!? We don't need no stinkin' cages!

One of our tourist-type stops today included the city zoo. The last time Jim and I went to a zoo, we saw like two freakin' animals, and they consisted of whatever small game felt like being seen.

Not so, at the Buenos Aires zoo! Not only are the animal habitats small and open (and yes, yes, more cruel), but some animals don't even GET cages!

Some were of the cute, little hoppy variety...

And others were more of the sewer-rat type...

But at least we SAW stuff!
